Mary Benson, the daughter of James Benson and Martha Quinn, was born in about 1753 in the State of South Carolina. She was later married in about 1772 to a man named Jonathan Frost in Ninety-Six District, South Carolina. Jonathan was the son of John and Mary Frost.
Her will, written on 25 December 1796, was admitted for probate on 2 January 1797.
