Sarah was living with her parents in Midville, Burke County, Georgia in 1930 her status was divorced, she had her two daughters with her.


Mary A. Thomas Frost

Listed in 1860 Census Troup County, Georgia as living with the J. F. Radney family. His wife is listed as R. A. Radney (is this Mary's mother, Rachel Ann Mobley in a second marriage?).

Mrs. O'Neal is called Thursday

Mrs. Tommie O'Neal died at her residence in Salem on Thursday, September 15, at the age of 72 years. Funeral services will be held at Salem church on Friday September 16, at 2:30 pm with Rev. C. L. Middlebrooks officiating. Interment will take place at Salem Cemetery. The pallbearers will be Gaffney Sturdivant, Rodney Sturdivant, Luke Sturdivant, Clancey Sturdivant, V. R. O'Neal, and Eunice O'Neal.

Mrs. O'Neal is survived by her husband, Henry O'Neal; one daughter, Mrs. J. W. Ward; four sons, Jim, Frost, Will and C. C O'Neal; one brother Bonnie Frost of Hepzie, Ga. and several grandchildren and one greatgrandchild. (Note from Judy Gresham, Tommie’s youngest son Lewis Leo O’Neal was living in AL and is not listed in the obit.)

Mrs. O'Neal is an aunt of V. R. O'Neal of LaGrange. She has been a loved member of the Salem community for a great part of her life. Mrs. O'Neal was born in Louisiana.
