There was a Cullen Rutland found on the 1790 Orangeburgh, South Carolina census, with 7 sons under 16.William Sanders, on the passport with Elizabeth and Nicholas, named a son, Cullen. William was the son of Thomas Sanders and Claricy Rutland. All these people seem to connect, but their link is unknown.
