Isaac served for Louisiana during the Civil War.

Nancy Mott

My name is Lynn Hargus and I am searching for informtion on a Nancy Kelly (Kelley) who married Samuel James Harper in Winn Parish, LA on 23 June1869. ...I found your information on Isaac Kelly.... Of particular interest is that Nancy's maiden name is "Mott". The "oral" family tradition has it that Nancy's maiden name was Kelly (Kelley). However, a review of the death certificate of my great grandfather, Danial Uriah Harper, shows that Nancy's maiden name was Mott.
